As a StaffSource Team Member you are entitled to many benefits including:
Holiday Bonus
Holidays include Christmas, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Good Friday and Labor Day. You must have worked 1500 hours in the prior 52 consecutive weeks to qualify. You must have worked 90 hours in the three weeks preceding the holiday and be on assignment directly after the holiday.
Vacation Bonus
You will be eligible for a vacation bonus after working 1750 hours in 52 consecutive weeks. You must be on assignment and request your vacation pay 2 weeks prior to receiving it.
Direct Deposit
No more running to the bank to cash or deposit your check. Funds are available on Thursday of each pay week.
Referral Bonus’s
You will be paid a referral bonus for any associate who you refer to us and works 80 hours or more. You will be paid referral fee for any client you refer to us which places an order for 40 hours or more that we successfully fill. We also offer merit increases and completion bonuses for certain assignments.
