Temp To Perm Services
In recruiting employees for mission critical positions, progressive companies rely on the StaffSource Temp to Perm program to save them time and money. The StaffSource Temp to Perm program allows a client to evaluate an employee during a probationary period. We allow the employee and client to make an in depth, on the job assessment before making a long-term commitment. After the probationary period is completed, the client may convert the Staffsource employee to a permanent hire with no additional cost.

Project and Peak Period Staffing
Your workload has inevitable peaks and valleys. New product rollouts, sales promotions or landing that new client can create a substantial demand for human capital for a short period of time. StaffSource can help you successfully handle the short term spike in your need for additional workers by recruiting, screening, evaluating and providing a contingent work force. When the project is over, you don't have to worry about downsizing, unemployment claims, COBRA or processing volumes of paperwork. StaffSource will handle all of the details and make the transition smooth.

Permanent Placement Services
If your goal is to secure that "Perfect" candidate and hire them immediately, we offer Permanent Placement Services to accommodate your needs. StaffSource will recruit, interview, evaluate, test, reference and background check the candidate before they are submitted to you. When you decide to hire the candidate, StaffSource will bill you a percentage of their annual salary as a fee. StaffSource offers a 15, 30, 60, or 90 day replacement guarantee in the unlikely event that a candidate does not work out.



Payroll Only Program
